| Dealing with Fire is our fire extinguisher e-learning program which covers the use of the portable fire fighting equipment which can be found around your workplace. This program provides the essential information to ensure that your staff understand which extinguishers are suitable for a particular type of fire, how they are operated and how to apply their contents to the fire, without putting themselves or others in danger. |  |
| About Dealing With Fire |
The programme gives the user control over how they view the information, this has been achieved by making sub-sections which can be viewed in any order. The user can control in what order they view most of the content and if necessary can rewind pages or totally review a section that they may not have understood. Once the user has completed all sections they can then take the fire extinguisher quiz, which will test their knowledge, the results of the quiz are recorded in the LMS (Learning Management System) where they can be reviewed by the administrator. The user can print a certificate, showing that they have successfully completed the course. |

Dealing with Fire has been produced using a powerful combination of computer graphics, narration, video and text, all of which reinforces the training and improves retention. | eLearning - Adapting to your needs |
| As the producers and copyright holders we can adapt Dealing with Fire to suit your particular requirements, for example if you do not have a particular type of extinguisher then this can be removed from the program - there is no point staff learning about equipment that they will never see, which will help to avoid any confusion. We do not charge customers for removing content that they do no require. |

| eLearning - Bespoke Production |
| Many of the modules will be suitable for clients 'off the shelf, but we recognise that this is not necessarily the case for everyone. For example your workplace may only have a couple of types of fire extinguisher, you may have an internal telephone number for reporting a fire. So, for larger clients we offer a 'bespoke production*' service. We will remove components which are not required or add special or unique information. Where appropriate we will replace screen shots for shots of your own premises and add your company logo throughout the program. This way you will get a fully customised and bespoke production without having to foot the bill for development costs! |
