The main version of the programme covers all aspects of fire procedures in hotels. It includes important information regarding the procedures that must be followed in the event of fire, from raising the alarm through to the evacuation of staff and guests from the hotel.
In addition to the safe evacuation of people from the hotel this A Warm Reception includes information about the use of the portable fire fighting equipment which will be installed and includes crucial information about the considerations that people should be aware of before attempting to fight a fire.
One of the main causes of fire is poor standards of fire safety, which is also the cause of many fines under The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005; we have therefore included a section which is dedicated to simple fire safety measures which will help reduce the chances of a fire starting.
